As part of the registration process you are ask to provide your valid Email Address which in terms, is used to send your Email Verification and Login Information. We respect our Members Privacy and we assure to all our Members that any information provided such as Name, Email and Phone Number will not be sold to any Third Parties. Your Email is your logon id and it does not appear anywhere in the body of your ad. When a buyer wishes to contact a Poster about their ad, they will be directed to our Contact Form.
We automatically collect the domain name and host from which you access the Internet, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using, the date and time you access our site and internet
address of the site from which you linked directly to our site.
- Description and Modification of Services
BrandywineClassifieds.com offers Unlimited Free and Paid Classified Ads online. All ads are moderately approved before displaying in the public area to prevent spam ads and inappropriate ads. We have the right to modify an ad, delete an inappropriate ad content, delete obscene images and deactivate an account with or without notice due to violation of our Terms of Use. We are not responsible on any transaction between the Poster and the Buyer, does not handle Payments, does not offer protection, warranty nor responsible on any Merchandise sold in our website.

- Members Sign-up Agreement
